* Technischer Betrieb, Wartung, Patchmanagement und System-Updates zentraler Unternehmensplattformen (u.a. Atlassian, OpenText) im Windows- und Linux-Umfeld
 * Fehleranalysen (Logs, Systemverhalten, Schnittstellenprobleme) und Behebung technischer Störungen
 * Monitoring, Performance-Analyse und nachhaltige Optimierung bestehender Systemlandschaften
 * Arbeit mit relationalen Datenbanken, insbesondere PostgreSQL und MSSQL
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Systemdokumentationen, Betriebsrichtlinien und Spezifikationen nach ITSM-Standards (ITIL), Der Fokus liegt auf der Wartung und dem Betrieb von Unternehmensplattformen sowie auf der Analyse und Optimierung von Systemlandschaften.
