Deep understanding of HTML, modern CSS (variables, layout modules, Tailwind, or CSS-in-JS), and JavaScript (ES6+) * Cloud-First Exposure: Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of cloud-first ecosystems, with the desire and ability to deploy applications in AWS environments * Design Translation: A strong eye for UI/UX principles and a track record of translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive partner applications * Engineering Mindset & Growth: Eager to learn and expand beyond traditional front-end boundaries into cloud infrastructure (AWS/Terraform) and backend code (Kotlin microservices) * Remote Autonomy & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You thrive in a remote/hybrid environment, manage your time independently, and know how to unblock yourself asynchronously * Languages & Bonus Skills: German fluency is a strong advantage.
