## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Controlling, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit IT-Bezug
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Controlling - idealerweise im IT- oder Projektumfeld eines Industrie- oder Dienstleistungsunternehmens
 * Verständnis moderner IT-Geschäftsmodelle. Begriffe wie SaaS, Cloud-Cost-Management (FinOps) und der Wandel von Capex zu Opex sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
 * Du bringst Verständnis für agile Arbeitsweisen (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) mit und hast Ideen, wie man diese in klassische Budget- und Planungsprozesse integriert
 * Du betrachtest Kosten nicht isoliert, sondern ganzheitlich (Total Cost of Ownership) und hast einen Blick für Prozessverbesserungen
 * Du bist kommunikationsstark, trittst als "Übersetzer" zwischen Tech und Finance auf und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge kritisch und konstruktiv zu hinterfragen
 * Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und BI-Systemen (zB. INFOR, Power BI); Tools wie Jira oder Confluence sind von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
