Experience: * Four (8) + years providing hardware/system admin support.; supervisory experience required Additional Qualifications: * Experience with Spiceworks or similar Help Desk software required * Excellent people skills * Experience with security, virtualization, storage software and hardware products. * Experience supporting or troubleshooting in an IT environment (sever, application, or infrastructure). * Solid understanding of Windows Server Products, Unix, and Linux operating systems. * Proven ability to diagnose, resolve, and document technical support issues. * Strong written and verbal communications skills. * Positive, customer-centric approach. * Working experience in systems administration or internal IT support. * Must have valid drivers license and auto insurance; own transportation. Please Note: All job offers are contingent on the successful completion of pre-employment criminal history check. ## Description The System Administrator will provide advanced technical support and administration of Enterprise-class storage, security, network, communication, and virtualization environments both hosted legacy on-premise and in Microsoft Azure as well as hold vendor specific certifications., Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Work closely with the management to gather input, diagnose root causes, and resolve problems * Document processes to standardize and streamline end user experience. * Proactively communicate with management throughout the problem resolution process. * Interface with executives, engineers, and vendor technical support resources. * Maintain hybrid server infrastructure on-premise & in Azure and assist in root cause analysis of any system issues. * Assist in developing a disaster recovery plan, assist in testing plan and update documentation as needed * Implement and maintain various methods of identity, security, and authentication methods.
