* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung als Systemprogrammier:in
 * Gutes allgemeines IT-Verständnis
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens B2-Level
 * Lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
 * Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, hohe Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit sowie teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
 * Bereitschaft zur Arbeit auch außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeiten (wir zahlen Überstunden auf Wunsch aus) und Teilnahme an einem im Voraus geplanten und bezahlten Bereitschaftsdienst (Rhythmus ca. alle 4 Wochen)

* Betreiben der Basiskomponenten des Hosts und Middleware (Z/OS, RACF, CICS, ODM, Connect Direct, JES2, IWS, Instana-z-Connector, Omegamon, Beta92)
 * Aufbau und Betrieb von Sysplex am Mainframe
 * Mitaufbau und Betrieb zD&T (Mainframe on Linux)
