* Mindestens erfolgreicher Abschluss (Reifeprüfung) einer höheren bildenden Schule und mehrjährige, klar operativ geprägte Backoffice- / Assistenz-Erfahrung im Tagesgeschäft
 * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel (strukturierte Datenaufarbeitung, Auswertungen, idealerweise Pivot)

 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - auch bei wechselnden Anforderungen und hoher Arbeitsdichte
 * Hohe Eigenmotivation und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen

## Description

* Operative Unterstützung der Direktionsassistenz und des Sekretariats im Tagesgeschäft
 * Selbstständige Abwicklung administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben inkl. strukturierter Dokumentation
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten im Umfeld von ERP und Unternehmensanwendungen mit Fokus auf operative Umsetzung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen und Terminen
 * Unterstützung im Projektcontrolling (strukturierte Datenaufbereitung, Auswertungen und Abstimmungen)
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung kurzfristiger organisatorischer und IT-naher Fragestellungen (z. B. digitale Tools, Anwender:innenanliegen sowie System- und Schnittstellenthemen)
