 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Einschlägige Ausbildung (FH/Uni Informatik) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
 * Zertifizierungen (Azure, ITIL, ISO 27001) von Vorteil

## Description

* Verantwortung für den laufenden IT-Betrieb und die Betriebsstabilität
 * Steuerung der laufenden Outsourcing-Umsetzung und des Zielbetriebsmodells
 * Provider- und Multi-Vendor-Steuerung (Verträge, SLAs, Leistungsabnahme, Eskalation)
 * Verantwortung für die Informationssicherheit inkl. ISB-Funktion (NIS2, ISMS/ISO 27001)
 * Sicherheitsarchitektur im Übergang vom Eigenbetrieb ins Provider-Modell
 * Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des IT-Infrastruktur-Teams
 * Gesamtverantwortung für Workplace- und Endgeräte-Services (Service Desk, IAM, M365)
 * Budget-, Investitions- und Architekturentscheidungen
 * IT-seitige M&A-Mitarbeit (Due Diligence, Integration)
