## Description

* Du übernimmst die Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Jira sowie die Mitbetreuung von Confluence und sorgst damit dafür, dass Projekte transparent, effizient und reibungslos laufen
 * Du automatisierst Abläufe und programmierst individuelle Lösungen, damit wiederkehrende Tätigkeiten nicht mehr händisch erledigt werden müssen - Effizienzgewinn inklusive
 * Du bist die 2nd-Level-Stütze: Wenn der klassische Support nicht weiterkommt, tauchst du tiefer ein und löst komplexere Themen, damit der Betrieb nicht ins Stocken gerät
 * Du begleitest Key User bei technischen Fragestellungen, prüfst Anforderungen auf Sinnhaftigkeit und Umsetzbarkeit und wirst so zur Schaltzentrale für smarte Systemanpassungen
