## Description

* Applikationsverantwortung & Betrieb Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung definierter Systeme (ERP, WMS, EDI) inkl. 2nd/3rd-Level-Support sowie Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Monitoring und SLA-Einhaltung.
 * Anforderungsmanagement & Umsetzung Aufnahme, Strukturierung und technische Umsetzung von Anforderungen inkl. Spezifikation, Abstimmung mit Partnern sowie Testkoordination und Go-Live-Begleitung.
 * Schnittstellen & Datenintegration Betreuung und Optimierung von EDI-, API- und Datenbank-Schnittstellen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern in Datenflüssen und Integrationsprozessen.
 * Prozessoptimierung & Automatisierung Analyse operativer Geschäftsprozesse, Umsetzung technischer Optimierungen (z. B. SQL, Workflows, Automatisierungen).
 * Projektarbeit Mitarbeit oder Leitung technischer Teilprojekte (z. B. ERP-Releases, EDI-Anbindungen) inkl. Koordination zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern.
