## Description

Du bist gemeinsam im Team mitverantwortlich für den Support, Koordination und Management einer Gesamtbanksteuerungs-Software. Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen, Entwicklern und IT-Dienstleistern und übernimmst dabei folgende Schlüsselaufgaben:

 * Moderation und Teilnahme an bundesweiten Abstimmungen zu technischen sowie fachlichen Anforderungs- und Harmonisierungsanalysen
 * Konzeption und Koordination neuer Anforderungen an die Software gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich
 * Verantwortung für Koordination Releasemanagement und Testing
 * Identifikation von effizienzsteigernden Maßnahmen innerhalb der bestehenden Prozesse
 * Laufender Support für Umsetzung und Betrieb der Software
 * Analyse und Dokumentation
