## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und Begeisterung für Programmierung
 * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
 * Erfahrung mit prozeduralen Programmiersprachen, insbesondere PL1
 * SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit IBM DB2
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mainframe-Umgebungen von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung mit AI Assisted Coding (Code-Analyse, Fehlererkennung, Testgenerierung und Entwicklungsautomatisierung)
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Wir bieten einen Jahresbezug ab brutto 65.000,- Euro (IT-Kollektivvertrag). Genau wie du geben wir uns mit Mindeststandards nicht zufrieden - das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
