As IT Operations Team Lead, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, driving operational excellence while continuously improving processes, tooling, and automation. Working closely with teams across IT, you will help shape the future of IT Operations by introducing modern approaches to monitoring, event management, and automation, enabling the team to operate more efficiently and proactively.
