## Description

* Design, Implementierung sowie Betrieb von Virtual-Desktop-Infrastrukturen mit Citrix Apps & Desktops sowie Azure Virtual Desktop
 * Technische Konzeption, Integration und Weiterentwicklung von VDI-Lösungen in komplexen Kundenumgebungen
 * Durchführung von Migrationen, Upgrades und Ablösen bestehender VDI- und Infrastruktur-Systeme
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support inkl. Hersteller- und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Mitwirkung bei Standardisierung, Automatisierung, Dokumentation sowie technischer Beratung im Projekt- und Serviceumfeld
