Als Software Support Engineer bietest du internationalen Kund_innen und Key Usern unserer Global Trade Management (GTM)-Suite zeitnahen Support, analysierst den Quellcode, wirkst bei Projekten mit und dokumentierst das Wissen, um den Softwarebetrieb zu garantieren.

 * Beantwortung von technischen und fachlichen Anfragen
 * Zeitnahe Behebung von Problemen (2nd Level Support)
 * Analyse des Quellcodes (Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL)
 * Mitarbeit in Kunden- und internen Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
 * Dokumentation des Wissens
