## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich HR Transformation, HR Technology oder SAP SuccessFactors
 * Mehrjährige Implementierungserfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
 * Ausgeprägte Kund:innenorientierung durch Erfahrung in der Beratung und Freude an der Entwicklung langfristiger Kund:innenbeziehungen
 * Gutes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse, HR Operating Models oder digitale Transformationen mit Fokus auf die Analyse, Konzeption oder Implementierung von HR-Lösungen
 * Souveräne Durchführung von Workshops im Rahmen des Stakeholder-Managements
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Workstreams oder Projektteams
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)

 * SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Zertifizierung
 * Erfahrung mit weiteren SuccessFactors-Modulen wie Recruiting, Performance & Goals oder Onboarding

 * Beratung von Kund:innen bei der Entwicklung von HR-IT-Strategien und der Optimierung ihrer HR-Systemlandschaften
 * Mehrwert für unsere Kund:innen schaffen, indem sie von unserer Interdisziplinarität und ganzheitlichen Perspektive profitieren
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Expert:innen aus den Bereichen HR Technology, KI, HR-Organisation, HR-Prozesse und Change Management
 * Identifikation von Potenzialen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten entlang der HR Transformation und HR Technology Journey unserer Kund:innen
 * Begleitung von Projekten von der ersten Idee über Angebotsprozesse und Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
