## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische oder IT-orientierte Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Anwendungen oder im Application Management
 * Grundkenntnisse im Requirements Engineering oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
 * Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, Prozesse und Systemzusammenhänge
 * Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Das ist von Vorteil

 * Erfahrung mit Low-Code-Plattformen (z. B. Fabasoft oder vergleichbar)
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Schnittstellen oder Integrationen
 * Erfahrung in technisch geprägten Branchen (z. B. Engineering, Industrie)
 * Verständnis für projektbasierte Abläufe oder komplexe Systemlandschaften

## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung einer bestehenden Applikationslösung im laufenden Betrieb
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von technischen Anfragen sowie Unterstützung von Anwender:innen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme und Strukturierung von Anforderungen
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Umsetzungsschritte
 * Mitwirkung bei Tests, Qualitätssicherung und Releases neuer Funktionen
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme
 * Betreuung von Schnittstellen und Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenflüsse zwischen Systemen
 * Mitarbeit an Projekten im Umfeld moderner IT- und Low-Code-Lösungen
