## About the Role

* Fundierte technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in Rollen der Software-Entwicklung oder IT
 * Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von komplexen Projekten in der Software-Entwicklung
 * Sicherheit im Umgang mit agilen Entwicklungs- und Wissensmanagement-Tools (z.B. Jira, Confluence)
 * Ausgeprägter Kund*innenfokus und Fähigkeit, fachliche sowie strategische Anforderungen sicher zu erfassen und zu priorisieren
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Adoption & Change Management
 * Sehr gute analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz sowie einem souveränen Auftreten auf Management-Ebene
 * Den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke-Gruppe Wien, klimafit für die Zukunft zu machen.

## Description

* Analyse und Strukturierung komplexer IT- und Transformationsvorhaben
 * Moderation von Workshops auf Management- und Fachebene
 * Konkretisierung strategischer Zielsetzungen und Vorbereitung einer Umsetzung
 * Identifikation und Management von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren
 * Management der Vorprojektphase bis zur erfolgreichen Initiierung und Übergabe in Linien- oder Projektorganisation
 * Starkes Stakeholder-Management
 * Aussteuerung der notwendigen fachlichen Ressourcen für die Vorprojektphase
