* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise im SOC-, CDC- oder Security-Umfeld
 * Fundiertes technisches Grundverständnis in Bereichen wie Netzwerk, SIEM oder Security-Tooling
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, MS Project, Confluence) sowie idealerweise Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2 oder ITIL)
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten, auch auf Management- und C-Level
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kompetenz in Konfliktlösung und Stakeholder-Management mit sehr guten Kommunikationsskills (Deutsch und Englisch)

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Onboarding-Prozesses für neue CDC-Kund:innen von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg bis zum stabilen Betrieb
 * Koordination und Steuerung interdisziplinärer Engineering-Teams zur termingerechten Umsetzung
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen inklusive Meilensteinen, Ressourcenplanung und Risikobetrachtung
 * Sicherstellung von Fortschritts-Tracking, Reporting sowie strukturierter Übergabe in den Betrieb inklusive Eskalationsmanagement
