* Aufbau, Betrieb und Optimierung der Monitoring-Infrastruktur im IT Managed Services Umfeld
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Change & Service Requests in Linux Monitoring Systemen
 * Einsatz von Automatisierungslösungen mittels Ansible Playbooks zur effizienten Betriebsführung
 * Konfiguration von Messpunkten und Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung
 * Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung betrieblicher Prozesse
