Key Responsibilities

 + Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
 + Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
 + Configure workflows, case management processes, business rules, and integrations with enterprise applications.
 + Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
 + Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
 + Ensure adherence to development standards, quality guidelines, and security best practices.
 + Work in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
