Inscribirse en esta oferta An Application Support Developer is a hybrid role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing software applications while providing 2nd/3rd line technical support. They resolve complex incidents, automate workflows, and deploy updates, bridging the gap between operational support and development to ensure system stability and performance. Location Flexibility: We welcome applications from candidates based in Spain or Poland. This role can be performed hybrid from Barcelona or Warsaw, or fully remotely within either country. + Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 2nd/3rd line support, diagnosing and resolving complex application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. + Application Maintenance & Enhancement: Maintain, debug, and improve existing applications, often writing code to resolve issues or add minor features. + Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor application performance, ensuring high availability, energy and your ambition to innovate, challenge and ultimately, help create a safer world.
