Background or interest in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis is a strong plus. + Solid understanding (or strong motivation to learn) of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes - both financial (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and workforce-related (headcount, compensation, FTE planning) - and how they connect to organizational decision-making. + Good understanding of how technology is changing and appreciation of its power to revolutionise the way organisations work and behave.
