+ Proven experience leading software development teams, preferably in Fintech.
 + Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

 + Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
 + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 + 8+ years of experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
