## About the Role

* Titulación universitaria (Informática, Ingeniería, Business o similar) y 7- 9 años de experiencia en cloud/infraestructura, consultoría IT, arquitectura o equivalente.
* Más de 5 años en rol customer- facing con fuerte gestión de stakeholders.
* Más de 5 años entregando proyectos técnicos a cliente.
* Más de 5 años de experiencia con Microsoft 365 y plataformas Cloud.
* Experiencia hands- on desplegando y impulsando la adopción de Microsoft 365 Copilot (Copilot Control System, change management y Copilot Analytics) .
* Conocimiento profundo de seguridad y compliance Microsoft: Entra (Conditional Access, identity governance), Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP, DSPM for AI) y SharePoint Advanced Management.
* Experiencia construyendo y gobernando AI Agents con Microsoft Copilot Studio (register, govern and protect) .
* Inglés fluido (escrito y hablado) para trabajar con equipos globales.
* Mínimo 2 certificaciones entre: MS- 102, SC- 401, AB- 900, AB- 100, AB- 730.

## Description

En Experis buscamos un/a Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect - AI Business Solutions (H/M/X) para impulsar la adopción de Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agents y soluciones de IA en clientes y partners.

* Impulsar la adopción saludable de Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cowork y Agents, midiendo resultados a través de PRU (Premium Regular Usage) .
* Actuar como advisor técnico de Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cowork y Agents, ayudando a diseñar, desplegar y operacionalizar soluciones de IA.
* Eliminar blockers técnicos y operativos (identidad, seguridad, governance, data access, licensing y platform readiness) .
* Asesorar en adopción segura y gobernada de IA (data security, oversharing controls, compliance y prácticas responsables) .
* Orquestar la ejecución a través de partners y de Cloud Accelerate Factory (CAF) para Agents.
* Conectar el uso de Copilot con resultados de negocio y alinear a stakeholders (incluyendo CxO) en estrategias de adopción y expansión.
* Gestionar hitos MSX de Usage Intent y Usage Consumption en cuentas SME&C.
* Identificar oportunidades de upsell y pipeline a partir de señales de uso, adopción y valor de negocio.
* Ser el punto de contacto entre Microsoft, cliente y partner para impulsar la adopción end- user de Copilot.
