 + 2+ years of experience leading and coaching SDR teams

 + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 + Native proficiency in French or Italian
 + At least 1 year of experience with Account Sales Strategies
 + At least 1 year of experience with Digital Advertising Sales

 + Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless opportunity handoff and pipeline management

 + Optimize sales processes using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales technologies
 + Provide regular pipeline reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
 + Stay up to date with advertising products and industry trends to strengthen sales outreach
