## Description

Als project Lead stuur je één workstream of een klein programma eind-verantwoordelijk aan, inclusief planning, kwaliteit en klantrelatie. Binnen twaalf maanden is het realistische pad: je eigen workstream verbreden naar een tweede klant of sector, je team uitbreiden van een handvol naar tien-plus consultants, en meegaan in pitches en RFP's richting Senior Manager. Voor wie richting Director wil, bouw je in deze rol het inhoudelijke én commerciële profiel op.
