Acting as the ultimate go-to person and advocate for your team, you will focus on unblocking operational obstacles, driving rigorous enablement, and fostering self-sufficiency so each SC can excel. In addition to team leadership, you will act as a key strategic partner and counterpart to the EMEA General Manager and key regional stakeholders, helping shape go-to-market execution, driving deal strategy on critical opportunities, and ensuring optimal alignment between Sales, Product, Delivery, and Solutions Consulting., * Team Leadership & Development: Direct, mentor, and lead the EMEA Solution Consulting team. Serve as their primary point of contact, supporting their daily needs, removing blockers, and fostering an environment of autonomy and continuous growth. * Enablement & Empowerment: Ensure the team is continuously enabled on Feedzai's platform, value propositions, competitive positioning, and financial crime domain trends [cite: 1].
