## About the Role

* Je brengt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Data Analist of BI Consultant mee en beweegt je moeiteloos tussen verschillende businessdomeinen; je combineert analytische vaardigheden met een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak om het datagedreven werken verder te versterken.
 * Je bent bedreven in het opstellen van meetplannen, het definiëren en het visualiseren van de juiste KPI's en het is een pre als je zelf dashboards kan ontwerpen (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio of vergelijkbaar).
 * Je beheerst SQL uitstekend, kunt goed uit de voeten met statistische analyses en voelt je thuis in cloud-based (analytics) platforms zoals Databricks, Google Cloud Console of Microsoft Azure. Kennis van Python is een pre.
 * Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig naar patronen in data en naar de onderliggende dynamiek van verschillende businessdomeinen (commercie, supply chain, operatie, HR, finance, enz.)
 * Je bent in staat om de inzichten van je analyses op een heldere en simpele manier over te brengen aan collega's. Wel zo handig als je in crossfunctionele teams werkt.

## Description

In de rol van Senior Data Analist bij AS Watson ben je onderdeel van het Decision Analytics-team binnen Data, Insights & Analytics voor onze merken Kruidvat en Trekpleister. Samen met andere collega's uit het analytics team (Data Engineer, Data Scientist) werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten en analyses die meerdere businessdomeinen raken, van commercie tot HR en supply chain tot winkels.

* Je ondersteunt verschillende business- en klantteams met analyses en dataproducten die processen, klantreizen en operationele performance verbeteren.
 * Je vertaalt de (interne) klantvragen naar technische requirements of een helder analysevraagstuk.
 * Je voert zelfstandig (ad hoc) statistische analyses uit en brengt complexe inzichten terug tot heldere, begrijpelijke kernpunten.
 * Je doet concrete, praktische aanbevelingen aan stakeholders en ondersteunt teams actief bij datagedreven besluitvorming.
 * Je stimuleert en borgt de adoptie van nieuwe dataproducten binnen de organisatie.
