## Description

* Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäfts- und IT-Aktivitäten im SAP ERP- und SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling (inkl. CATS) und Accounting
 * Gegenüberstellung und Bewertung von Rollen, Prozessen und Verantwortlichkeiten zwischen SAP ERP und SAP S/4HANA
 * Analyse der Auswirkungen von RISE with SAP und cloudbasierten Betriebsmodellen auf Fachbereiche und IT
 * Entwicklung und Strukturierung von Rollen- und Verantwortungsmodellen für Business und IT
 * Zuordnung von Aufgaben zu definierten Rollenprofilen wie Business User, Key User, Functional Consultant, Developer und Architect
 * Identifikation erforderlicher Kompetenzen sowie Ableitung zukünftiger Qualifizierungs- und Enablement-Bedarfe
 * Bewertung moderner SAP-Technologien wie SAP BTP, CAP, Cloud Native Services und AI-basierte Services
 * Erstellung von Rolleninteraktions- und Übergabemodellen zwischen Fachbereich und IT
