## Description

* Stark im Team: Du arbeitest mit Entwickler:innen an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Inhouse-Software - im engen Austausch, auf Basis klarer Standards und mit stabilem Tech-Setup.
 * Mitgestalten erwünscht: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Entwicklungsrichtlinien und technischen Standards mit.
 * Moderne Applikationen: Du entwickelst neue Anwendungen, optimierst bestehende und arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme - Schwerpunkt Delphi (Object Pascal) und Datenbanken.
 * Komplexe Daten, klare Reports: Du erstellst Reports mittels anspruchsvoller SQL-Abfragen und sorgst durch gezielten SQL-Einsatz für eine verlässliche Datenbasis.
