## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder Lagerlogistik als Fachkraft Lagerlogistik (m/w/d)

 * Quereinsteiger in die IT sind ebenso willkommen mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

 * Erfahrungen im 1st und 2nd Level Field Support

 * Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft-Produkten sowie im Bereich Standard-Hardware

 * Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls

 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1)

 * Kundenfreundliche und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz

## Description

* Mitarbeit im Support Team für unseren Großkunden am Standort Oberursel

 * Durchführung des Onsite-Supports im Hard- und Softwarebereich

 * Durchführung von IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) Arbeiten

 * Serviceeinsätze in den Bereichen Client Workplaces, Printer, Mobile Devices und Netzwerk Komponenten

 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs und der Servicequalität beim Kunden

 * Anwender-Einweisung und Support

 * Pflege und Dokumentation der Service Arbeiten im Ticketsystem und der Kunden-Datenbanken, * Je nach Einsatzbereich besteht die Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice in Abstimmung mit unserem Kunden
