 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung agiler IT-Projekte sowie im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, MS-Project, SharePoint und Microsoft 365
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger klassischer sowie agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Frameworks
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung, Koordination und Durchführung komplexer IT-Kunden- und Teilprojekte von der Lösungsentwicklung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
 * Analyse und Übersetzung spezifischer Kundenanforderungen in zukunftsfähige IT-Prozesse und -Lösungen inklusive fachlicher Begleitung
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektabhängigkeiten, Risiken und Change Requests in der übergeordneten Programm- und Projektplanung
 * Fachliche Führung und Steuerung des Projektteams sowie zielgerichtetes Management von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
 * Aktives Management von Ziel- und Interessenkonflikten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs
 * Umfassendes, professionelles Stakeholdermanagement über alle Ebenen (Kunde, Fachbereich, Management) hinweg
 * Kontinuierliche Projektplanung sowie operatives Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Terminen, Meilensteinen
