- Vor-Ort-Behandlung von Vorfällen basierend auf einem einzigen Swap für Hardware-Vorfälle  
 - Abwicklung von Hardware-Reparaturen und Garantieabwicklungen  
 - Erneutes Image zurückgegebener Hardware zur Wiederverwendung  
 - Handout und Abgabe von Laptops, Zubehör  
 - Unterstützung bei Problemen bei der ersten Anmeldung.  
 - Unterstützung neuer Benutzer über die IT-Ausrüstung, VPN-Nutzung usw.

 

Anforderungen:

 

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation  
 - Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Hardwaretechnik  
 - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Office 365  
 - Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (min. C1)
