Preferred Qualifications & Skills * Experience with e-commerce platforms and technologies such as Magento, Commercetools, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar solutions. * Experience in a mass-market or consumer-oriented environment. * Practical experience with web, portal, and related digital technologies. * German language skills and/or additional European language capabilities. ## Description As Manager E-Commerce Operations & Projects (m/f/d), you will join the Business Operations team and report to the Senior Manager E-Commerce. In this role, you will serve as a key link between regional e-commerce teams, business functions, IT delivery teams, development partners, and external service providers. You will ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our e-commerce platforms while driving continuous improvements, supporting new web shop launches, and delivering scalable digital solutions that support Abbott's Direct-to-Patient (DTP) strategy. By combining operational excellence with strong project and stakeholder management, you will help optimize digital sales channels, drive business growth, and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for customers and patients across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
