 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung interner und externer Delivery-Teams
 * Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Priorisierungsstärke und strategischem Denken und Freude an Schnittstellenarbeit sowie an der Verbindung von Technologie und Business

* Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten ESM- und CRM-Plattformlandschaft
 * Tiefgehende Architekturkompetenz mit ganzheitlichem Produkt- und Plattformmanagement für die Gestaltung der technologische Basis für skalierbare, integrierte und effiziente End-to-End-Service- und Kundenprozesse
 * Definition der Plattformvision, Steuerung der Roadmap und Sicherstellung den Business Values durch klare Ausrichtung an Unternehmensstrategie, Prozessanforderungen und technologischen Standards
 * Architekturverantwortung für zentrale ESM/CRM Daten-, Integrations- und Prozessdesigns sowie Festlegung unternehmensweiter Leitplanken für die Weiterentwicklung und Konsolidierung der Systemlandschaft
 * Steuerung von Implementierungsvorhaben und Sicherstellung, dass alle ESM-/CRM-Lösungen harmonisiert, skalierbar und zukunftsorientiert umgesetzt werden
