 * Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Benutzer- und Gruppenmanagement sowie in der Administration von Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO) in komplexen Großumgebungen
 * Praktischer Umgang mit dem LDAP-Protokoll zur Verzeichnisabfrage und -anbindung von Vorteil
 * Expertise im Bereich Directory Security sowie im Hardening von Active Directory-Umgebungen zur Absicherung von Infrastrukturen gegen Angriffe
 * Sichere Anwendung von ITIL-Prozessen (insbesondere Service Operations) und Erfahrung in der Durchführung strukturierter Root-Cause-Analysen bei Störungen
 * Fortgeschrittene PowerShell-Kenntnisse zur Erstellung komplexer Skripte und Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, starke Kommunikationskompetenz sowie eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
