 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit Hochverfügbarkeits- und Replikationslösungen (z. B. DB2-HADR, TSA MP / Pacemaker, Q-Replication) sowie fundierte Betriebssystemkenntnisse unter UNIX (AIX) und Linux (Red Hat)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Service-Support-Prozesse (insb. Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management nach ITIL) sowie Erfahrung im Monitoring mit Checkmk
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)

## Description

* Durchführung von 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support-Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Incident- und Problem-Management-Prozesses
 * Planung, Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierlicher Betrieb (Administration) von IBM Db2-Datenbanken unter UNIX (AIX), Linux (Red Hat) und Windows
 * Konfiguration, Pflege und Optimierung von Datenbankinstanzen sowie Durchführung von Backup- und Restore-Prozessen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzern, Berechtigungen und Zugriffssteuerungen unter Einhaltung betrieblicher und sicherheitsrelevanter IT-Vorgaben
 * Implementierung von IT-Services sowie Erstellung von Anforderungs-, Technologie- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
 * Mitwirkung in servicespezifischen Projekten mit der Option zur Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitungen
 * Konzeption und Sicherstellung von Monitoring- und Reporting-Strukturen (insb. Checkmk)
