## Description

* Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen betreust du unsere Hard- und Softwarelösungen - direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort im Großraum Hamburg.
 * Vor Ort installierst und konfigurierst du Hardware und Software, richtest IT-Arbeitsplätze ein und kümmerst dich um Verkabelung, PCs, Notebooks und weitere Komponenten.
 * Der direkte IT-Support gehört für dich dazu: Du beantwortest Fachfragen und findest erste Lösungen für unterschiedlichste Herausforderungen.
 * Du wirkst aktiv bei IT-Projekten wie Rollouts, Migrationen und Hands & Eyes Support mit.
 * Du erkennst Störungen in der IT-Landschaft frühzeitig und gehst der Ursache mit technischer Neugier und Teamgeist auf den Grund.
 * Klarheit ist dir wichtig - deshalb dokumentierst du deine Arbeitsschritte präzise und nachvollziehbar für dein Team.
