Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

 

- Unterstützung der KNDS Mitarbeiter, der gemäß Supportvertrag zugeordneten Außenstellen und Tochterunternehmungen bei allen IT-Anfragen im Second-Level Support (Client Team)  
 - Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebes im Client-Umfeld  
 - Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im operativen Bereich  
 - Bearbeitung und Lösung von technischen Störungen und Serviceanfragen  
 - Ansprechpartner im Second-Level Support
