 * Experience of housing systems, digital projects or project delivery would be advantageous.

We are seeking a Senior Technology Support & Solutions Specialist to administer, support and develop our core housing system and other business systems.
What You'll Be Doing

 * Administering, supporting and continuously improving key business systems, including the Core Housing System.

 * Ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and compliant.

 * Acting as an escalation point in the Housing Systems Helpdesk for complex system issues and incidents.

 * Working with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, integrations and digital projects.

 * Championing digital best practice, data quality and cyber security across supported systems.

 * Carrying out regular and scheduled out of hours system tasks to help support systems.

 * Ensuring digital application contracts are maintained in an effective and timely manner.
