Nice to Have * Experience working with Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS). * Knowledge of reliability and maintainability analysis techniques, including MTBF and MTTR. * Experience working with engineering or supportability datasets within aerospace, defence or other highly regulated industries. In this role, you will become a key part of a specialist team responsible for delivering back-office technical support to customers and stakeholders across multiple radar products. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing and operational teams, you will investigate technical issues, provide expert product knowledge, and help ensure our systems continue to perform in demanding operational environments. What you will do as a Product Support Engineer As a Product Support Engineer, you'll play an important role in ensuring our advanced radar systems continue to deliver exceptional performance throughout their operational life. You'll have the opportunity to: * Work with experienced engineers to investigate product performance and support continuous improvement activities. * Analyse real-world operational data to identify trends and help improve system reliability. * Learn how reliability measures such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) are used to support engineering decisions. * Collaborate with design, quality, logistics and export control teams, gaining exposure to different areas of the business. * Support the management of product repairs and spares to help keep critical systems operational. * Contribute to Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) activities, applying engineering and analytical techniques to solve problems. * Help understand customer requirements and support the development of future support solutions for next-generation technologies. * Present findings and performance data to project teams and stakeholders.
