## Description

* Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, telephony and business systems, managing incidents through to resolution and keeping users updated throughout
 * Manage IT operations and security, including hardware provisioning, access control, IT policies, service communications and escalation to internal or external specialists where required
 * Support IT projects and improvements, including system implementations, integrations, technical developments and training users across the business

 * Cloud, We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to support our head office and client sites with a range of IT issues. Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a small IT team, this role is well suited to someone who likes to embed themselves into the business and work across a broad range of tasks. The role is fully office based in Fareham, and on-site parking is available. We are a fast-moving business experiencing growth, and this is an interesting opportunity to join us at an exciting time.
