Essential Soft Skills: * Strong communication skills with a mastery of spoken and written English are mandatory * Adaptability and responsiveness to change * Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment * Good problem-solving skills and a strong adherence to quality and operational excellence * Eagerness to learn and understand ## Description As a Test Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals and applying agile software developments, DevOps/testing/automation and delivery practices. You will actively participate in the whole cycle of development of new user stories: requirements review, solution design, implementation, testing plan and development testing. Understanding problems, solutions and ensuring the overall consistency of the software will be one of your primary objectives. You will share team commitments and own some parts of those solutions. You will perform software delivery tasks (builds, installation of release on test environments, etc.). Our solution can always get better! You will take any opportunity to improve the way we work, the tools we use and the software we produce. What to expect? * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owner) to identify system requirements, develop effective strategies and test plans * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle * Automate test cases using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort * Effectively use AI assistants during test design, automation and testing activities * Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases * Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities * Design, develop, execute and maintain test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results * Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system, working closely with development teams for resolution * Support CI/CD-integrated test execution and help troubleshoot automation failures, Candidates without these skillets/knowledge are encouraged to apply if they have confidence and willing to be trained. * Git/Bitbucket: Basic to good understanding * SQL: Basic to good understanding * Robot framework basic understanding * CICD/DevOps: Basic to good understanding * Test automation: Basic to good understanding * Linux SELinux: Basic understanding What we offer We give you the freedom to be yourself.
