* Join our growing Data Platform team as we expand our data supply chain, connect new source systems, and accelerate our move from Azure SQL to Microsoft Fabric
 * Shape the technical direction of our Fabric environment
 * Own the core pipelines feeding our warehouse from ERP, CRM, and digital sources
 * Raise engineering standards across our data function
 * Mentor other engineers
 * Work closely with teams across the business to deliver scalable data solutions that improve decision-making and create measurable value
