## About the Role

* Extensive Solutions Architecture experience within enterprise-scale environments
 * Strong experience across CRM, web/CMS and digital platforms
 * Experience with Salesforce and/or Headless CMS environments
 * Strong PIM, MDM or data-centric transformation experience
 * Experience designing API-first and integration-led architectures
 * Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, events, middleware and modern integration platforms
 * Experience integrating CRM, CMS, ERP, analytics and other business-critical systems
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Comfortable working across multiple teams and influencing without direct authority
 * Able to balance strategic architecture with practical delivery
 * Experience working in Agile environments
 * TOGAF, ArchiMate or equivalent architecture qualification would be desirable

* Play a key role in a major digital transformation across Salesforce, Headless CMS, PIM and modern cloud technologies
 * Operate between technology, business and senior stakeholders to bring structure to complex environments
 * Help different teams work together towards better, customer-focused solutions
 * Define end-to-end architectures
 * Shape integration strategies
 * Provide architectural leadership across digital products and customer-facing platforms
 * Cover business requirements and solution design through delivery, governance and architectural assurance
 * Help introduce greater structure, governance and customer-focused processes into an immature architecture environment
