This role sits within our Engineering Team. And works closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers and our Engineering teams in both the UK and India to deliver secure, scalable solutions that directly improve patient care. Primary impact: * As a healthcare platform, quality, reliability and security are fundamental. You'll help build software that protects sensitive patient data while providing fast, intuitive and resilient digital experiences., * Design, build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. * Build secure RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party services. 2. Engineering Excellence * Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code. * Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions. * Help improve engineering standards, tooling and development practices. * Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. 3. Security & Quality * Build secure applications using modern authentication and authorisation approaches. * Ensure solutions meet GDPR and healthcare security requirements. * Consider security and privacy throughout the software development lifecycle. 4. Collaboration * Work closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements. * Collaborate with engineers across the UK and Bangalore. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives. * Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
