* Around 2 years of experience in a similar support role
 * Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools
 * Comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments

 * Customer-focused mindset with keen attention to detail
 * Willingness to gain relevant Microsoft certifications, We are looking for a confident and capable 1st Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a variety of systems and locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Microsoft 365 experience, work across both Mac and Windows environments, and earn Microsoft certifications along the way. The role is based in our office in Southwark, London, and you will need to be able to commute into Central London. If you are eager to grow within a supportive IT environment and develop both technically and professionally, we would love to hear from you.

## Description

* Deliver 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
 * Escalate complex issues to Level Two support as needed
 * Install software and manage patches and updates, including MS Office, antivirus, and business applications
 * Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365
 * Accurately document tickets, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system
