## About the Role

Must-Have

 * Hands-on practitioner experience running brand social accounts.
 * Fluent in a social management platform like Sprout Social.
 * Comfortable reading native platform analytics.
 * Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

 * Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
 * Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.

## Description

* Design task briefs based on real social media work, identifying the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
 * Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task execution.
 * Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
 * Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
 * Diagnose issues from messy or conflicting data, prioritize tasks, and make tradeoffs in social media contexts.
 * Execute campaigns, manage social inboxes, and make judgment calls on brand channels.
