Ideally within the UK MoD, or a similar regulated environment * Have a holistic approach to Systems Engineering and general Engineering activities * Be delivery focussed with an enthusiasm to make a positive difference * Demonstrable experience of change management, rapidly adapting to emerging requirements, changing circumstances and high levels of uncertainty and ambiguity in a fast-changing environment ## Description Our Defence and Security teams provide design and engineering services for our nuclear and defence clients across the UK and abroad. Our team is experiencing exciting growth and long-term prospects within our established practice, and we are looking for Systems Engineers with transferable skills who are passionate about developing themselves and in meeting new challenges. We offer hybrid working with 1-2 days in the Reading/Theale office. Occasional, expensed site visits may be necessary., We are looking for Systems Engineers (Engineer/Consultant grades) to join our UK based team; main location is flexible with the majority of work able to be carried out from home, with visits to sites potentially required. As part of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most innovative and strategically important programmes across the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Nuclear New Build, emerging nuclear technologies, and Nuclear Decommissioning, making a tangible impact while advancing your career. This role provides a fantastic career opportunity, whilst developing your skills and experiences under the guidance and mentorship within our systems engineering team. We require Systems Engineers who enjoy working with wider Project Team and who have a commercial understanding as well as knowledge of MoD processes and procedures.
