As a Restaurant Support Technician, you will be the go-to resource for restaurant operators when technology is not working as it should. From troubleshooting network outages during a dinner rush to running cable before a restaurant opens its doors, you will handle a wide variety of support scenarios in fast-paced, real-world environments. This role requires physical presence at client locations throughout the Boston metro area, flexibility for occasional evening work, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
